Jonathan

I previously worked as a senior Radiology technician in England were I lived for many years. Skincare was a big personal discovery for me after having skin challenges of my own.

It was this journey that inspired my transition back to California, and my new path as licensed esthetician. This was combined with an intense desire for a more connected, creative life.

I bring a unique combination of deep empathy for the world , and a very genuine desire to make people feel better about themselves physically and mentally. (maybe it’s because of my Pisces moon) Along with this, I have a huge appreciation for all things art, music and style which is deeply ingrained in everything that I do. In addition to the above, I have a personal understanding of how important an “inside out” approach is to skincare, and to our over all well-being. It all starts from within.

At it’s core Derma Punk is a skincare salon where creativity and personal freedom are celebrated. It is also my belief that good skincare should be accessible to all regardless of circumstances, knowledge or background. I also feel strongly that this care does not need to be complicated or confusing. My mission is to bring a service to you that is “All killer no filler” everything you need and nothing you don’t. This will be combined with an emphasis on relaxation, curated music and a hope to connect with you on a very human level.
